Actually, a 19 AC is obtainable if you take the Armor Master feat, but there are probably better options as 18 AC is plenty for a Wizard. If you elect to put the +1 Half-Plate available in Early Access on this mage and a Ring of Protection +1 the AC will jump up to 18. This build gives about 16 AC without special gear.You can only attune to 3 so choose wisely.
